Meet Brittaney Devane
Nurse Practitioner, Injection Specialist/Founder of Ivy
Brittaney is a Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Ivy Aesthetics Med Spa. She takes pride in providing her clients with high-quality, safe, and natural results. She is local to the Twin Cities and grew up in Chanhassen, MN. She graduated from Bethel University with a nursing degree and has since completed her master’s of Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Her 15+ years of working as a nurse with a background in the ICU offers a vast knowledge of anatomy and physiology, ensuring that safety is her top priority. She specializes in Botox®/Dysport/Jeuveau, filler, Sculptra, fat-dissolving injectables, wellness services, weight loss and utilizing and recommending medical-grade skincare. Brittaney is detail-oriented and passionate about enhancing each client’s natural beauty. She is married with three boys who enjoy spending time up at the cabin and relaxing anywhere near the water.

Meet Carli Montpetit
RN, BSN, Injection Specialist
Carli is a Registered Nurse with a passion for aesthetics. She has over 8 years of experience as a nurse, with a background in Intensive Care Medicine. Carli has a strong foundation in anatomy, and safety will always be her priority. Carli’s genuineness always shines through, never pressuring clients into services that they don’t need. She specializes in neurotoxins, filler, Sculptra, SkinPen, IPL laser, and IV vitamin drips. When Carli is not working, she enjoys spending her time traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
Meet Jen Hamm
RN, BSN, Injection Specialist
Jen is a Registered Nurse with a passion for making people feel their best. With over 18 years of nursing experience, most of it being in Emergency Medicine, she is skilled with quick assessments and providing high-quality care. Her strong interest in aesthetics led her to receive her certification as a nurse injector. Jen has a desire to make her clients feel supported during their journey to well-being, ensuring they look and feel confident in their own skin. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, watching her kids’ sporting events, reading, and spending time on the water.
Meet Jodi Broome
Medical Assistant
Originally from Southern California, Jodi recently relocated to Minnesota, and is now happy to call the Midwest home. She brings with her 18 years of experience in the healthcare field. As a Medical Assistant, she has a passion for wellness and aesthetics, and truly enjoys being part of an industry focused on helping people feel confident and their very best. When she’s not working, Jodi loves spending time with her husband, family, and friends, and staying active with their two dogs, Arlo and Hank. She is a proud mom of two incredible sons, and shares two wonderful stepsons with her husband, Tom. Her faith is a central part of her life, and a foundation to the way she approaches both her personal and professional relationships.
Meet Kara Jaehnert
Practice Operations & Growth Manager
Kara brings a strong background in business and communications to the team. She spent 15 years in corporate healthcare, where she gained valuable experience in organization, operations, and relationship management. Seeking a change of pace to better support her family life, Kara transitioned into a role at Ivy where her skills and attention to detail support the day-to-day success of the office. Outside of work, Kara is a busy mom of three who stays active cheering on her kids at sporting events, especially hockey. In her free time, she enjoys quilting, being involved in ministry at her church, and spending quality time with her family. We are thrilled to have her on our team!
Meet Elmarie Delport
Patient Care Coordinator
Elmarie brings a unique background and a warm, welcoming presence to the Ivy team. Originally from South Africa, she moved to Paris in 2016 before relocating to the United States in 2019. While Minnesota is now home, South Africa will always hold a special place in her heart. Elmarie began her career in banking, where she spent 16 years before making the leap into entrepreneurship and started a children’s party business with her sister. After moving abroad, her career took another turn, and she spent three years working as a chiropractic assistant. Her experience in both business and patient care eventually led her to Ivy, where she enjoys connecting with clients and helping create a welcoming, seamless experience from the moment they walk through the door. Outside of Ivy, Elmarie loves going for walks, discovering new brunch spots, traveling, and all things interior design and fashion. Her first language is Afrikaans, she has traveled to 16 countries, and has called three different countries home.
Meet Hannah Swanson
RN, BSN, Injection Specialist
Hannah is a Registered Nurse with a commitment to helping clients look and feel their best. Originally from England, Hannah received her BSN from the University of Pennsylvania before spending 14 years in the NICU at HCMC. Her foundation in the NICU instilled a deep commitment to precision, safety, and compassionate care for her patients.
Hannah’s interest lies in blending personalized in-office treatments with at home routines to support lasting, beautiful results.
Based in Chanhassen, she enjoys life with her husband and children, spending her time baking sourdough, exploring the outdoors, gardening and serving in children’s ministry at her church.
