Welcome! At Ivy Aesthetics Med Spa, we want you to have the best outcome possible with each treatment you receive. We offer consultations to new and existing clients to assess what treatments you are a candidate for. Our policies guarantee a positive experience for our clients and staff.​

For all appointments that include a treatment, we require a credit card on file. Your credit card will not be charged for any reason except in the case there is a late cancellation or no-show. Please refer to our cancellation policy before reserving your appointment. Scheduling an appointment with us is your acceptance of this policy.

Arrival Policy

If you are a new client of Ivy Aesthetics Med Spa, we kindly ask you to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to fill out the necessary new patient paperwork. If you are a returning client, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment as we want you to get the most out of your appointment time. We will allow a 10-minute grace period, but arrival after this time may be subject to a rebooking charge of $50, or your session may be abbreviated. Please understand that your appointment length cannot be extended if you are late.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to Ivy Aesthetics Med Spa, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that sometimes schedule changes and adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment online, via email, or by calling our main number at 952-900-6076. If you are unable to cancel your appointment with 24-hour notice, you may be subject to a $50 cancellation/rebooking fee. This includes rescheduling appointments and illness. Should you no-show your appointment, you will be subject to a $75 fee.

Appointment Reminder Policy

As a courtesy to our clientele, we will send you a confirmation email upon booking, as well as a reminder email before your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times. This will avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and possible cancellation fees. Should you not offer us an email address, we will be unable to send you an appointment reminder.

Refund & Product Return Policy

At Ivy Aesthetics Med Spa, all services are non-refundable once they have been rendered. By receiving treatment, clients acknowledge and accept that individual results may vary and that no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Our providers are committed to delivering the highest standard of care. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your service, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can address them appropriately.

We accept returns of Revision Skincare products regardless of condition, as our priority is ensuring product compatibility and client satisfaction. We are happy to work with you to find alternatives that better suit your skincare needs.

Vivier and SkinMedica products are subject to a stricter return policy. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges if the product seal has been opened or tampered with. This policy is in place to maintain product integrity and adhere to manufacturer guidelines.

Unopened SkinMedica products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. While Vivier and SkinMedica products are otherwise final sale once opened, any concerns related to product quality or adverse reactions will be reviewed and addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Thorne and BioTE products may be returned if the product seal is intact and the item is unused. Due to safety and quality standards, we are unable to accept returns on opened supplements.
