Meet Brittaney Devane
Nurse Practitioner, Injection Specialist/Founder of Ivy
Brittaney is a Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Ivy Aesthetics Med Spa. She takes pride in providing her clients with high-quality, safe, and natural results. She is local to the Twin Cities and grew up in Chanhassen, MN. She graduated from Bethel University with a nursing degree and has since completed her master’s of Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Her 15+ years of working as a nurse with a background in the ICU offers a vast knowledge of anatomy and physiology, ensuring that safety is her top priority. She specializes in Botox®/Dysport/Jeuveau, filler, Sculptra, fat-dissolving injectables, wellness services, weight loss and utilizing and recommending medical-grade skincare. Brittaney is detail-oriented and passionate about enhancing each client’s natural beauty. She is married with three boys who enjoy spending time up at the cabin and relaxing anywhere near the water.

Meet Carli Montpetit
RN, BSN, Injection Specialist
Carli is a Registered Nurse with a passion for aesthetics. She has over 7 years of experience as a nurse, with a background in Intensive Care Medicine. Carli has a strong foundation in anatomy, and safety will always be her priority. Carli’s genuineness always shines through, never pressuring clients into services that they don’t need. She specializes in neurotoxins, filler, Sculptra, SkinPen, lasers, and IV vitamin drips. When Carli is not working, she enjoys spending her time traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
Meet Jen Hamm
RN, BSN, Injection Specialist
Jen is a Registered Nurse with a passion for making people feel their best. With over 18 years of nursing experience, most of it being in Emergency Medicine, she is skilled with quick assessments and providing high-quality care. Her strong interest in aesthetics led her to receive her certification as a nurse injector. Jen has a desire to make her clients feel supported during their journey to well-being, ensuring they look and feel confident in their own skin. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, watching her kids’ sporting events, reading, and spending time on the water.
Meet Sam Low
RN, BSN, Injection Specialist
Sam is a Registered Nurse, nurse injector, and wellness specialist who brings a wealth of clinical knowledge from her hospital background. She earned her BSN from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and has worked in the NICU at HCMC since 2011, serving as manager for the past three years. Skilled, confident, and meticulous, Sam ensures every client feels comfortable and cared for. She has been married to her husband, Mike, for 10 years, and together they’re raising three boys in Chaska. When she’s not working or staying up-to-date on the latest skincare practices, Sam enjoys early mornings, spending time with her family, and traveling.
Meet Hailey Shermock
AP Esthetician, Skincare Specialist
Hailey is a licensed AP Esthetician who specializes in advanced skincare treatments including customized facials, laser services, and chemical peels. With over 6 years of experience, her passion lies in helping clients achieve real, visible results through personalized care. Hailey takes a customized approach to each treatment, carefully selecting the right combination of modalities to target concerns like acne, pigmentation, aging, and texture. With a commitment to ongoing education and the latest innovations in skincare, Hailey strives to create an experience that is both effective and empowering, because great skin takes time. Hailey just got married in the fall of 2024, and spends free time with her family and pets.
Meet Ashley Hecker
Patient Care Coordinator
Ashley is a licensed Advanced Practice Esthetician with over 3 years of hands-on client experience, now serving as Ivy Aesthetics’ Patient Care Coordinator. With a strong foundation in aesthetics, Ashley has transitioned her focus to the business side of the industry – overseeing client care, coordinating services, and ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless, comfortable, and professional experience from start to finish. Her dedication to client satisfaction is the heartbeat of Ivy Aesthetics. Originally from Chaska, MN, Ashley is passionate about wellness and creating a positive impact in every interaction. Outside of work, her faith is a guiding part of her life. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and exploring new foods or local coffee shops.
Meet Gabrielle Dearey
RN, BSN, Injection Specialist
Gabrielle is a Registered Nurse passionate about aesthetics and helping people look and feel their best. For her, Aesthetics is more than just treatments, it’s about creating a comfortable, supportive experience where clients feel cared for, confident, and empowered. With over seven years of nursing experience, Gabrielle also specializes in IV infusion therapy, bringing a strong clinical foundation and wellness expertise into every treatment. Outside of work, she enjoys chasing after her one-year-old son, spending time with friends and family, and getting outdoors wherever she can, whether that’s softball, golf, or snowboarding.
